Nichol Rodriguez

  • I'm Nichol Rodriguez, a proud Colorado native with over two decades of dedicated experience in working with juveniles. My journey in the field of juvenile justice and advocacy has been deeply rewarding, and I'm excited to share my story and passion with you. I began my career as a counselor and teacher's assistant at the esteemed Griffith Center for Children in Larkspur, Colorado. It was there that I discovered my calling and commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of young people. I served as a Youth Security Officer with the Colorado Division of Youth Services, working in both Pueblo and Colorado Springs. This role allowed me to interact with youth on both the detention and commitment sides of the system, broadening my perspective and deepening my dedication to helping them succeed. My dedication to juvenile justice led me to work in Pre-Trial services, focusing on cases related to Senate Bill 94 and CYDC. This experience gave me insight into the legal aspects of juvenile justice while maintaining my commitment to advocating for the best interests of young people. I currently serve as a Case Consultant Schoenfelder Law, where I continue to advocate for the well-being of youth. My role involves providing expert guidance and recommendations to ensure that the voice of young people is heard, and their needs are met. Throughout my career, my passion for working with youth has remained unwavering. I firmly believe that every young person deserves the opportunity to build a brighter future, regardless of their circumstances. My mission is to empower, guide, and support youth on their journey to a better life.
